The light is so pretty on your altar. I do this, too, bring different things in from our hikes. It’s kind of like bringing the energy and peace of nature inside to make it last. Right now I have an evergreen branch in a vase, a cluster of pine cones, and the bird nest I wrote about on my blog last week.
