\”The wind of heaven is that which blows between a horse’s ears.\”
I woke up this morning at 4:15 a.m, a grey short-haired cat sitting elegantly and proud before me floated into my vision as I stirred from my dreams. He looked at me and said \”We are all one\”. I responded \”I know, thank you for reminding me\”. He vanished. I pulled myself from the covers, opened the window and made my bed.
Turning on the lights in the kitchen, I made a pot of coffee, carrying the hot cup to my bedroom, I switched on my computer, checked my email and found a letter from a good friend letting me know she had to let go of her beloved horse, burying her yesterday. I know this beautiful mare. I was witness to their bonding, the day they both first met. I lit a candle on our altar this morning for both of them, praying my friend\’s spirit horse will send her a sign soon to let her know she is with her always.
\”When God wanted to create the horse, he said to the South Wind, \’I want to make a creature of you. Condense.\’ And the Wind condensed.\”
